Key requirements

  • Capable of serving as a Product Tech Lead, mentoring junior developers, and assisting peers in resolving technical software and coding challenges
  • Manage technical task priorities, break down assignments, delegate tasks to developers, and ensure technical documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Act as a Tech/Senior Lead, proactively providing feedback, resolving product issues, addressing performance and tooling concerns, and guiding improvements in the development process.
  • Lead and participate in lessons learned, best practices, and knowledge-sharing sessions in software development while supporting the delivery team in end-to-end technical implementation. Ensure compliance with audit requirements in the software development domain.

Key responsibilites

  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a software developer, with a minimum of 5 years in IT system implementation.
  • Proficient in WebLogic, RHEL Application Server, Oracle SQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experienced Kafka Stream is preferred
  • Experienced in Springboot, Jenkins andIBM MQ
