Job Description:

  • Lead and manage changes/restructuring to organization structure Group-wide.
  • Leads and maintains Job Grades, Job Descriptions and Job Competencies Group-wide.
  • Performs and authorizes job evaluations.
  • Implemented a Job Levelling framework to streamline all jobs and JGs in the Group.
  • Implemented Job Management framework to document and approve job evaluations and grade changes.
  • Define job competencies of each job to be the base for development and competency assessment


  • Master's degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry.
