ServiceNow Administrator

• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting to meet business needs.
• Set up and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and MID Servers for infrastructure visibility.
• Develop and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs to connect with external systems.
• Implement and manage Automated Test Framework (ATF) and deployment processes for smooth releases.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
• Work with general IT infrastructure landscapes and technologies to optimize ServiceNow functionality.
• Collaborate with teams using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence) for issue tracking and development.
• Operate within an Agile environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and backlog management.
• Support users, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing platform maintenance during assigned work hours.

• ServiceNow Expertise - Proven experience configuring workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting.
• ServiceNow Discovery & MID Server - Hands-on experience in setup and maintenance.
• REST API Integrations - Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
• Automated Test Framework (ATF) - Experience in test automation and deployment processes.
• ITIL Knowledge - Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• IT Infrastructure Knowledge - Familiarity with servers, networks, and cloud technologies.
• Atlassian Tools - Experience working with JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence.
• Agile Experience - Ability to work in Agile teams and adapt to sprint cycles.
