Senior UX Copywriter

Job Responsibilities:

• Writing copy with the user's experience in mind, shape product experiences by creating useful, meaningful text that helps users complete the task/transaction.
• Help shape the vision for content and drive product narratives across multiple platforms.
• Demonstrate content that enhances and simplifies the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, and researchers to craft interaction flows, wireframes and mock-ups across a variety of contexts, including UI components, to editorial content, to help text
• Create user-centered copy and content by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
• Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Proven at least 3 years work experience as a UX Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role
• Balance between analytical and human-centric thinking
• Strong self-leadership to excel in a startup environment
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of wireframe/prototyping tools (e.g. Figma and InVision) is a bonus
