Senior Trade Marketing Manager, Snacks SEA

Job description

A new Regional Trade Marketing Manager role is available with one of the world's leading names in the FMCG (Food) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing a channel strategy to grow the company's presence within the SEA region.
  • Establish an effective business process that allows effective communication between the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Working with the Sales Directors in each country to develop an effective trade strategy.
  • Ensuring that the brand identity and positioning aligns with promotional strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance to develop continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing within Southeast Asia's FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge in trade and channel strategies.
  • Competency with data analysis and tools such as Nielsen/Kantar.
