Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles. This role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and data analytics to enhance recruitment efficiency and drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior roles across various business functions.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
Leverage Microsoft Power Platform and data analytics to track and improve recruitment performance (e.g., quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness).
Represent the TA team in projects focused on automation, simplification, and workflow optimization.
Conduct talent market research and mapping to support strategic workforce planning.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Champion recruitment tools and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
6+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity.
Mandatory experience with Microsoft Power Platform and data analytics.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and compliance.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
