Our client is one of the essential services company in Malaysia is currently recruiting for Senior Software Engineers!

Responsibilities

• Develop crucial areas of the application, analyzing requirements and creating technical design documents, presenting designs to other team members, analytical techniques, and user experience strategies to effectively business needs per agreed SLA.
• Perform planning, development, and testing, to ensure meet and satisfy business need
• Plan, create, survey, re-factor, and keep up the software program with high quality and execution in mind
• Lead when it comes to investigate and issue related software with immediate solution and recommendations
• Lead the juniors project and provide continuous support, to ensure they are aligned to business goals
• Ability to work on small to medium jobs alone or with a team, rising possibilities for best practices
• Capable of leading juniors in the delivery of projects and adjustments
• Good knowledge in application architecture, system developments, maintenance and support

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in IT engineering or any related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering
• Solid technical knowledge in Java, C/C., Perl, HTML, XML and etc
• Strong understanding in Agile fundamentals
• Good communication skills
