  • Engage with Strategic Customers in manufacturing via phone, addressing inquiries about products, deliveries, and orders promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve complaints from Strategic Customers effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
  • Proactively follow up with Strategic Customers regarding any order issues, providing timely updates.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team for swift resolution, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Process documents in the Fax Monitor system exclusively for Strategic Customers when required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Diploma and above
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Admin or Customer Service in Industrial Automation Machinery Manufacturing or related industries
  • Professional fluency in English, verbal and written
