Senior Sales Manager (Seremban)

My client is a leading name in the manufacturing or surgical gloves in Malaysia. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to help drive growth. If you are a veteran in the glove industy with at least 5 years of experience, we're looking for you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and plan new business opportunities for products.
• Create and implement annual sales, marketing, and stakeholder management plans and budgets.
• Lead stakeholder management strategies and activities.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms to meet sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and report sales performance to HOD/COO.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing/Equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in sales and marketing in glove industry.
• Excellent marketing, persuading, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate must willing to travel overseas.
• Must possess own transport.
