Senior Sales Manager (PET & Blow Moulding)

About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, with focus on rigid plastic packaging. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing the business through new channels, particularly for the PET and blow moulding segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth and scale the blow molding and PET packaging business in food and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for both organic expansion and mergers & acquisitions.
• Manage full P&L accountability, ensuring revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, fostering strong sales and market penetration.
• Collaborate with global technical and R&D teams to implement best practices and design innovations.
• Establish strong customer partnerships and oversee product portfolio planning and market entry strategies.

Requirements

• Comes with 5 -7 years of sales / business development experience within Packaging industry. Experience handling rigid packaging is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a strong track record for securing new business.
• Experience in P&L management.
