Senior Sales Executive (Bulk Industrial Gases)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing sales activities to achieve the sales, service and profit targets for a specific sales area.
  • Sourcing for new business through market research, government agencies, and business development reports.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
  • Constantly monitor and review the key customer's payment terms.
  • Consult and discuss repayment terms with customers having cash flow problems.
  • Recommend repackaging of customer's payment scheme.
  • Evaluate the customers contract terms and undertake a review of their requirements based on their business needs.
  • Plan and implement training for customers on the product applications.
  • Provide service advice on products and the related equipment to optimize the gas capability and performance.
  • Prompt and full utilization of sales tools like Salesforce and CMT.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken English & Malay, command of Chinese dialects would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and develop strategic relations with customers.
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Admin or Marketing related.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.
