Senior Sales Engineer (HVAC)

My client is a global company that specializes in heat transfer, fluid handling, and separation technologies. They provide solutions for various industries, including food and beverage, energy, marine, and wastewater treatment.


Responsibilities:

• Efficiently oversee the entirety of the sales process, managing customer interactions from the initial approach to presentation, negotiation, and securing delivery and payment.
• Foster close collaboration with consultants, designers, and clients to grasp their distinct needs and requirements within HVAC, Refrigeration, and broader industry applications.
• Perform thorough assessments and analyses of clients' existing systems and operational procedures.
• Formulate and present holistic solutions tailored to clients' objectives, with a focus on enhancing energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Offer expert guidance and technical support, ensuring the smooth integration and optimal performance of our solutions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to synchronize project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct customer seminars and sales presentations to enrich clients' comprehension of our products and technologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements for continuous awareness of best practices and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HVAC, Refrigeration, and general industry solutions, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Malaysia and Singapore markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of energy optimization strategies and sustainable practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to engage in extensive travel for customer visits in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Possession of professional certifications in areas related to HVAC, Refrigeration, or sustainable energy implementation.
• Practical experience in the field.
