Senior Sales Engineer

Our client is a leading distributor of electrical and automation solutions, recognized for their reliability and strong technical expertise across multiple industries. They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of automation components and systems, with a primary focus on serving plants and factories within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new clients to grow business opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage assigned projects.
  • Support marketing efforts by joining trade shows, seminars, and industry events.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in industrial automation.
  • Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and sensors is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
