Senior RPA Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Deploy RPA components such as bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
• Design business process automation.
• Set up, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure optimal efficiency and minimal errors.
• Produce process documentation to track mistakes and successes, refining processes as needed.
• Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation, addressing any issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Understand and manage risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and users to understand requirements and deliver impactful projects.
• Work within a team to implement and integrate solutions, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside regular work hours when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with UiPath is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Java, and ASP.Net is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or any scripting language.
• Experience with OCR, advanced Excel, Macros, or VBA.
• Ability to create technical specification documents for RPA projects.
• Experience integrating applications using APIs or web services.
• UiPath RPA Developer certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases is often preferred.
• Knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
