Senior Project Manager

My client is a renowned industrial construction company, handling multiple projects both locally and internationally. They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (permanent position) to be based in their current project site in Kulim.

Job Description

• Oversee overall MEP project package for their ongoing project construction.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within company policy and project specifications.
• Liaise with sub con and clients and lead internal staffs from various departments to ensure project is completed within schedule and budget.

Requirements

• Very experienced senior project manager/ project manager for MEP projects in the industrial sector.
• Experience handling large industrial projects with minimum value of MYR 500 million.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple parties and departments concurrently to ensure project success.
• Chinese speaking candidates would be an added advantage.
