Senior Product Test Engineering Manager

Our client is a global semiconductor company with a worldwide footprint. Due to rapid expansion, they are currently seeking a Sr Test Product Engineering Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering resources to meet yield, cost, and cycle time targets
  
• Ensure testing quality, equipment calibration, and customer satisfaction
  
• Handle customer technical support, product transfers, and improvements
  
• Recommend and implement new test equipment
  
• Oversee P&L for assigned products
  
• Plan and conduct technical training for the team
  
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and meet department goals
  
• Ensure compliance with customer scorecards and quality standards
  
• Manage new product qualifications and production readiness
  
• Promote SOP compliance and issue resolution on the line

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  
• 8-10 years in Test manufacturing, including 3+ years in leadership
  
• Strong technical knowledge in test engineering and equipment
  
• Skilled in project management and team leadership
  
• Experience with P&L and cost optimization
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented mindset
