Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities:

Lead UX and design activities in a cross-functional Product team.
Communicate with Product Managers and UX Design Team to understand user needs and business goals.
Transform product concepts into next generation of web/mobile applications which solve customers' issues.
Employ sketching, storyboards, design workshops, prototypes to solve complex interaction and design problems with the team.
Design responsive applications that work effectively in web, tablet & mobile platforms.

Requirements:

At least Bachelor's Degree in Design, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in design and standard UX process and methods.
Analytical and able to integrate data from various sources for design direction.
Able to balance user and business needs with technical constraints and provide solutions.
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
