Senior Manager, Payroll (Global)

About Our Client

This client is an established GBS based in Selangor and is looking for a Senior Manager for Global Payroll. This role with cover APAC, EMEA and India and be responsible for leading a team of 10.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible to lead the delivery of payroll services and processes, own operational performance management, compliance and vendor management relating to the established SLAs. This individual will also provide strategic thinking, business analysis and project management to recommend process redesign opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required

To be shortlisted for this role you would need 8-10 years of experience in a management role and have proven experience implementing large scale regional payroll and time and attendance in a shared services environment.
