Senior Manager, Credit Control

Your New Role

  • Lead financial management in tax, financial reporting, and treasury.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Oversee management accounting systems and budgetary controls.
  • Drive team achievement of KPIs.
  • Establish robust financial controls to safeguard profits.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial systems and procedures.
  • Manage finance and administration staff.
  • Prepare accurate, timely financial reports and forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Oversee treasury and investment functions within regulatory guidelines.

Role Requirements

  • Extensive people management experience.
  • Skilled in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, project/process improvement, and financial reporting.
  • Proven leadership in insurance and/or accounting.
  • Significant senior-level accounting experience.
  • Experience in financial services or insurance preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
  • Tertiary degree and accounting certification required.
