Our Client

Our client is a leading fund management firm. They are actively recruiting a Senior Manager, Client Operations to manage multiple teams to ensure operational excellence, effective risk management and client satisfaction.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive processes to enable the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes
  • Build positive relationships with other departments and maintain strong communication channels
  • Drive Change and Transformation initiatives within the department; create Change Affinity through process improvement
  • Ensure delivery of the services to internal and external clients within prescribed timeframes with a high level of quality
  • Fostering a client mindset throughout the team; drive strong risk culture and control awareness


  • Post-secondary education with an accounting/finance concentration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years' fund management/operations experience with at least 7-8 years in management position
  • Strong knowledge in the fund management sector including exposure to Operational Risk and Monitoring tools
  • Experience in leading Change and Transformation will be valuable advantage
  • Experience in implementing innovative processes and continuous improvement initiatives
