Senior HRBP Manager

Job description

Our client is a multinational firm based in Klang Valley that is looking for a Senior HRBP Manager, to lead and head the HR department. This role will report to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end of HR Operations and Strategic HR planning
  • Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Measuring and monitoring existing HR policies and procedures
  • Providing solutions to organisational emergencies
  • Designing and implementing enterprise-wide HR strategies to resolve organisational challenges
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge in HR policies and practices
  • Good command of English, oral & written
  • MNC experience is preferred
