Senior HRBP (Klang)

Our client is a multinational company in the logistics industry.

Job Description:

  • Partner with operations leaders to support manpower planning, productivity, and labor cost management.
  • Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes for warehouse and transport teams.
  • Support recruitment for critical operational roles and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Drive performance management, coaching, and talent development initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies, ensure labor law compliance, and support audits.
  • Monitor HR metrics (attrition, attendance, OT, productivity) and advise management with insights.
  • Support change management initiatives, including new client onboarding, warehouse expansions, system transitions, or process redesign.
  • Facilitate communication and readiness activities to ensure smooth adoption of operational and organizational changes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience with at least 4 years in HRBP or related role.
  • Background in 3PL/4PL, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is required
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and ability to work in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
  • Good knowledge of labor regulations and hands‑on experience with operational HR matters.
