About Our Client

Our client is a large-scale infrastructure organisation leading cross-border projects, and as part of their business expansion is seeking for a Senior HR Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for driving talent strategies, employee management, and HR digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

    • HR Strategy & Workforce Planning: Lead enterprise‑level HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational design to support large‑scale, multi‑site operations, ensuring a future‑ready and compliant workforce.
    • Talent & Leadership Management: Oversee end‑to‑end talent lifecycle including senior hiring, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management to build a strong leadership pipeline.
    • Employee Relations & Culture: Champion a high‑performance, inclusive culture by managing complex employee relations matters, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting change across operational environments.
    • Total Rewards & Performance: Design and govern competitive compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks aligned with business outcomes, regulatory requirements, and market benchmarks.
    • Digital HR & Process Excellence: Drive HR digital transformation, HRIS optimisation, and people analytics to enhance decision‑making, efficiency, and employee experience.
    • Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing strategic counsel on people, structure, governance, and organisational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
  • Comes with at least 10 years of HR experience, with a mix of HR operations and strategy experience.
  • Proven communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing C-Suites and/or Board of Directors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
