Senior HR Executive/Junior HRBP

Job description

Job Responsibilities



HR Business Partnering

  • Support key business units as their go-to HR contact.

  • Understand team dynamics and provide insights on workforce planning, team development, and engagement.

  • Partner with managers on performance, retention, and employee development.

  • Gather feedback from the ground to help shape people strategy and culture initiatives.



HR Operations & Execution

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, contract management, etc.

  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws.

  • Help drive company-wide HR initiatives (engagement surveys, DEI, training rollouts).

  • Maintain accurate data in HRIS and assist in generating people reports.

  • Support recruitment activities, particularly coordination and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • At lesat 6 years of HR experience in a generalist or business partnering capacity.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.

  • Proactive mindset and desire to grow into a senior HRBP or strategic HR role.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
