Senior HR Executive/Junior HRBP
Job description
Job Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
Support key business units as their go-to HR contact.
Understand team dynamics and provide insights on workforce planning, team development, and engagement.
Partner with managers on performance, retention, and employee development.
Gather feedback from the ground to help shape people strategy and culture initiatives.
HR Operations & Execution
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, contract management, etc.
Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Help drive company-wide HR initiatives (engagement surveys, DEI, training rollouts).
Maintain accurate data in HRIS and assist in generating people reports.
Support recruitment activities, particularly coordination and candidate experience.
Requirements
At lesat 6 years of HR experience in a generalist or business partnering capacity.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employment regulations.
Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
Proactive mindset and desire to grow into a senior HRBP or strategic HR role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
