Senior HR Executive (Manufacturing)

Job description

We are currently recruiting Senior HR Executives for multiple clients within the manufacturing industry.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy in salary, benefits, and statutory contributions.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
  • Contribute to succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards.
  • Participate in audits and policy reviews.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to end to end process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
