Senior HR
Job description
Our client is a global technology company specilizing in unified physical security solutions.
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Talent Management
- Support talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify high-potential employees and implement retention strategies.
- Assist in designing and delivering employee engagement and recognition programs.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Contribute to HR process improvements and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment platforms; familiarity with AI-driven HR tools is a plus.
