Senior HR

Job description

Our client is a global technology company specilizing in unified physical security solutions.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Talent Management

  • Support talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to identify high-potential employees and implement retention strategies.
  • Assist in designing and delivering employee engagement and recognition programs.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment platforms; familiarity with AI-driven HR tools is a plus.
