Senior Finance Manager

About our Client
This company is well-established organisation in the Services and Consultancy industry with a strong network of operations globally. Their office in Petaling Jaya is currently expanding in line with their service offering hence they are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities
This role will manage a lean team and report to a Finance Director by supporting on managing the day-to-day Finance operations. You will be tasked with ensuring smooth and timely month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. This role also covers tax submission and compliance matters related to ensuring adequate internal controls. You will also be given the opportunity to be involved in projects related to process improvement and automation as part of the department's aim to improve on operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required
To be shortlisted for this role, you will need 8-12 years experience as a Finance professional with familiarity in Finance Operations and full spectrum Finance. You will need at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting and ideally professional accounting qualification. Candidates with experience in Audit, process improvement and automation are encouraged to apply as you will have added advantages. This role also requires applicants to have hands on experience managing Finance operations and people management exposure.
