Overview:

Develop and deliver consistent communications to customers through digital messaging channels. Continuous improve through test powered by customer insight and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high performance operations team through training and knowledge sharing. Create a team culture and develop to aim for operational excellence.
  • Experienced with messaging and communicating to meet customer servicing needs.
  • Drive proactive and value-adding initiatives. Able to provide strategic insight.
  • Deliver effective and positive customer experience following relevant guidelines or governance requirements.
  • Responsible to mitigate operational risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and solutions focus.
  • Subject Matter Expertise of messaging and personalization solutions, including technical, market place and customer considerations.
  • Good commercial orientation to leverage data and analytics to gain insights.
  • Strong in self-initiative and results driven.
