Senior Brand Manager

Job description

One of the FMCG market leaders is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join their team, where you'll be responsible for managing a key brand and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies and develop annual brand plans to drive market penetration.
  • Develop strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive for higher market share.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and research latest market trends to ensure brand relevancy.
  • Manage P&L of brand and conduct monthly analysis of product performance for reporting.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing and sales teams to align trade activities to drive for sales.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a brand management role within the FMCG industry (experience with food/beverage product category will be an added advantage).
  • Has strong business acumen and innovation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese will be advantageous).
