About the role

Our client is a leading global provider of water treatment solutions and high-performance industrial technologies, serving customers across manufacturing, utilities, and high-tech industries. They are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Marketing Associate to support growth in the Data Centre and Microelectronics segments across Southeast Asia. This role blends market insight, innovation support, and hands-on marketing execution to strengthen the company's presence in fast-growing, technology-driven sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, customer buying behaviours, competitor activities, and segment opportunities.
  • Prepare insights, reports, and data analyses to support commercial strategies and sales planning.
  • Coordinate innovation-related activities including product trials, pilot programs, launch support, and post-launch hypercare.
  • Assist in adapting new technologies and developing localized market insights for new product development.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives, including growth planning for key customers, budgeting input, performance reviews, and gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on forecasting, customer insights, and segment planning.
  • Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, seminars, and internal/external campaigns.
  • Develop and design marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, digital content, and social media materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and customer-facing activities.
  • Manage booth concepts, agendas, and promotional materials for exhibitions and customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret research and communicate insights.
  • Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Energetic, proactive, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
