Senior Area Sales Manager (Central)

Job description

Our client is a European MNC seeking for a Senior Area Sales Manager to join their team to grow the Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key distributors to ensure smooth execution of promotions and sales plans to achieve sales.
  • Identify and develop new prospects to drive business growth.
  • Maintain relationship with existing accounts and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Conduct market analysis on industry trends, market changes, and competitors.
  • Devise effective sales strategies to increase sales team performance.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the consumer industry or similar (experience in General Trade and/or Distributor Management will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in both English and Malay (Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien will be advantageous).
  • Proven sales track record.
