Senior Analyst - Corporate Finance and M&A

About Our Client:
We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing services and consulting company in Malaysia who is looking to hire a highly motivated Senior Analyst, who will be responsible to support key financial decisions and drive strategic growth initiatives as the company continues to grow and diversify.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the Director, based in Kuala Lumpur:

• Conduct capital budgeting analysis to assess investment opportunities and project returns.
• Manage working capital by optimizing cash flow, inventory, and payables.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support management decisions.
• Assist with valuation, M&A, and fundraising activities, including financial modeling, investor presentations, and due diligence support.
• Support risk management initiatives, identifying financial exposures and recommending mitigation strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or CFA would be a huge advantage.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and Excel skills.
• Experience with financial statement analysis and valuation techniques.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
