This company is a well-known organisation in the consumer industry. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Account Executive to join their finance team. They are looking for talent with a strong foundation in financial and management reporting who are keen to broaden their exposure. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to Finance Manager, based in Petaling Jaya.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management and financial reports for the Singapore entity and support reporting for Malaysia, including accurate submission of consolidation templates, cash flow reporting, and proper cash planning.
Monitor and support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliations, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions and resolution of related issues.
Prepare commercial performance reports and provide financial support to sales and operations to ensure accurate data and proper documentation.
Conduct various ad-hoc duties per request.
Skills & Experience Required:
Possess a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (Oracle experience is an advantage).
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently work under tight deadlines.
