Semiconductor Technical Sales Manager

Job description

A fast-growing semiconductor company seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager with assembly process expertise to drive growth and manage key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by managing key accounts, expanding pipelines, and leading commercial negotiations
  • Align sales strategies with business goals and customer requirements (RFPs, NDAs, etc.)
  • Act as the primary customer liaison, addressing technical, sales, and logistics needs
  • Present technical and commercial solutions across all levels and represent the company at key events
  • Monitor customer trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in semiconductor assembly, packaging, or final test
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in customer engagement, market trends, and business development
  • Willing to travel and collaborate with cross-functional regional teams
