My client is a subsidiary of a global leader in construction and building materials industry. With their HQ being in Denmark, they have presence across 40+ countries globally. They are currently seeking for an SAP SD consultant to be part of their fun and dynamic team in Selangor!

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line IT support for SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) service globally, adhering to agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Perform incident resolution, service request handling, and request for change (RFC) management.
• Configure SAP SD module and ensure integration with cross modules (SD/LES/FI) to support End-to-End business processes.
• Execute support activities including customization, unit testing, User Acceptance Tests (UAT), production support, and aftercare.
• Foster close collaboration within the SD team, cross DIGITAL teams, and internal customers to ensure alignment and maintain stable day-to-day operations.
• Prepare functional and technical specification templates and user documentation as per agreed standards.
• Document and maintain operational processes and procedures while actively contributing to continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in SAP SD
• Experience in implementations and support
• Able to translate business requirements into SAP Solutions, delivering business process improvements
