SAP BI Analyst

Our client is a reputable employer within the financial services industry. With a comprehensive data analytics team based in Malaysia, they are keen to expand the team with an additional position - SAP BI Analyst.

Core Responsibilities:

• To provide technical support to all incoming enquiries relevant to SAP BI, data modelling and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and change requests based on SLA.
• Manage data loading activities efficiently at optimum levels.

Desired Skills:

• Computer Science/Statistics/Economics graduates (Bachelor's degree and above)
• At least 4 years of experience in providing technical support within SAP BI
• Ability to simulate user problems and assist in providing appropriate solutions before escalating to next level.
• Experience in HANA and SAP BW/BO will be added advantages.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
