Our client is a global leader and manufacturer of one of the most thoughtfully designed and engineered products. They hold a large and growing worldwide market share, achieved by continuing emphasis on engineering excellence and best in class products. At the moment they are in an expansion phase and are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team.

Your responsibilities as:

  • Support commercial execution of projects by providing expertise and knowledge of company products in variety of applications
  • Review market and vertical trends in coding and marking and help develop technical solutions and partnerships to satisfy customer requirements in these identified
  • Actively drive on-boarding of new partners and improving capacity of existing partners staff by delivering regular trainings and consultations on company products
  • Support new product launches and deployment of company's IoT solution
  • Assistance to company's marketing team for active lead generation and handling

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

  • Ideally Degree level qualification in one of the following disciplines - engineering, mechanics, or electronics
  • Proven track record of successful problem solving and troubleshooting in technical field
  • 3 years' experience in sales/service of technological equipment. Experience with industrial software solutions is beneficial
  • Has worked in commercial organization showing proactive approach and commitment to deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills (English - fluent and other regional languages would be an advantage), experience and exposure in international environment
