About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in the medical devices industry who is expanding their global team. They are seeking for an experience Sales Operations Senior Manager to lead their global sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Global Sales Operations team through setting a clear vision, building high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement across disciplines like data management, pricing, reporting, and tech support

  • Standardize and manage global sales reporting frameworks and dashboards, delivering accurate insights to regional leadership and enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee customer data operations across CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data quality and integration through collaboration with regional teams and IT.

  • Act as a key liaison across all markets to ensure tailored support while maintaining global consistency in processes.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and SLAs for teams, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and cross-regional knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Holds a Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, or similar.
  • Comes with at least 7 - 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or similar roles.
  • Experienced in sales analytics, sales performance reporting, and data management.
  • Strong project management, senior stakeholder management, and presentations skills.
  • Ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
