Sales Operations Manager

Job description

Join an established distributor of consumer goods as their Sales Operations Manager, supporting one of their new set-ups. You will be part of their pioneer team, supporting new product launches, market expansion, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and set up standard operating procedures as well as processes to meet business objectives.
2. Manage daily sales operations, including but not limited to sales budget management, client management, and process optimisation.
3. Lead and develop sales capability of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met.
4. Support and service client accounts to facilitate operational issues and improvements.
5. Work closely with the sales head to devise sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and channel development tactics.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar role within Consumer Goods/Tobacco/Alcohol.
  • Has strong business acumen, organisational and communication skills.
