Job description

Join a global leader in the consumer beverage industry as a Sales Manager, covering their Southern region and leading their sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance and profitability by executing strategic sales plans and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across key channels, aligning with brand positioning and market demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and meet regional and national targets.
  • Monitor market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize trade execution.
  • Represent the brand portfolio with excellence, promoting premiumization and elevating customer experiences through tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Has a minimum of 5 - 7 years of sales experience within FMCG or similar industry.
  • Passion with proven track record in sales.
