Sales Manager - Industrial Adhesives

Job description

Heading/intro:

Our client is a listed Fortune 500 company that specializes in the manufacturing of adhesive materials that is used in a wide range of industrial applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in key industrial segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to support customer trials and product development.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial adhesives or related chemical products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of adhesive technologies (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane, hot melt).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.
