Job Title: Sales Manager - Food Ingredients

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food ingredients industry and a proven track record in sales management. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the food ingredients sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide technical support and product presentations to clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the food ingredients industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of food ingredients and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
