Sales Manager

Job description

Our client is an established distributor company for medical devices, and is looking for a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a sales team selling surgical products and devices used in ENT Surgery across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving revenue and growth of ENT Surgical consumables and equipment to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Guiding and mentoring a sales team, while working closely with the Product Manager.
  • Managing key accounts to build and maintain relationships with the relevant key stakeholders.
  • Providing technical product demonstrations and support.
  • Responsible for budgeting, P&L, proposals and business reviews with relevant stakeholders and management.
  • Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Medical Devices, with a focus on surgical products.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to train and educate doctors, nurses, and GP's on surgical products and devices used in ENT Surgery.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Experience in building key clientele across private or government hospitals.
