Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the Waterproofing & Concrete market segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in construction-related sales and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with approved applicators for specified projects and convert competitor's specifications.
• Specify products for the Waterproofing & Concrete market segment.
• Collaborate with architects and developers for new project development and building refurbishment.
• Partner with sales personnel from other market segments, such as Flooring, to approach projects as a one-stop solution center.
• Submit monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Partner with R&D and Technical Service to develop a robust and complete suite of waterproofing solutions.
• Participate in Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of construction-related field sales experience with a background in concrete restoration and/or waterproofing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including being a fast learner, hardworking, flexible, responsible, and leading by example.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge and commitment to safety and health.
• Computer literate
