Sales Manager

Job description

One of the home-grown leading experts within the food ingredients industry is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for revenue growth within the Malaysia market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Build strong rapport with customers and distributors within the food manufacturing space.
  • Working with budgets and forecasts contributing to the brand's revenue and growth.
  • Maintain existing customers and service their needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, pharmacy, or related fields.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of sales experience within the food manufacturing space.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and working in fast-paced environments
  • Good command of English and Malay (Chinese would be advantageous)
  • Proven track record in sales roles.
