Sales Executive

Heading/intro:

Our client is a multinational company with over 70 years of market presence in Malaysia, specializing in roofing systems and waterproofing solutions. They are currently seeking a Sales Executive to oversee the northern region of Malaysia, driving sales growth and business development within both the retail and project sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying new sales leads and nurturing a steady pipeline of prospective clients in the northern region.
• Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions and addressing their roofing and waterproofing needs.
• Develop and implement sales plans and negotiation strategies to meet business targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to optimize service delivery and adapt to evolving client requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or CRM systems is a plus.
