About Our Client:
Our client is a PLC with more than 40 years in the market specialized in manufacturing of industrial tools , they are currently expanding their operations and are seeking key account management talents to apply as a sales engineer
Responsibilities:
B2B Key account management (Distributors etc):
- Customer Service
- Monitor & manage the sales process
- Addressing customer enquiries and disputes, be the key person in charge to liaise with respective departments to follow up and resolve issues
- Advise on stock management based on customer's sales
- Key Account Management
- Account Analysis
- Propose strategic initiative to grow sustainable sales while working closely with Account Managers
- Manage sales for special tools and promotions
- Provide ideas for promotion (tools and mechanisms)
- Propose strategic initiative to grow sustainable sales while working closely with Account Managers
- Manage customer claims
- Liaise with QA to ensure smooth claim management process
- Collaboration with sales admin to process related claims
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field, background in engineering will be a plus
- 1-3 years prior experience in servicing key account
- Good Communication skills and fluent in English
- Competent knowledge in analytics tool like excel (pivot table, vlookup)
