Opportunity to step into a progressive role in a Public listed industrial tools manufacturer

Based in Selangor, Shah Alam

About Our Client:

Our client is a PLC with more than 40 years in the market specialized in manufacturing of industrial tools , they are currently expanding their operations and are seeking key account management talents to apply as a sales engineer

Responsibilities:

B2B Key account management (Distributors etc):

  1. Customer Service
  • Monitor & manage the sales process
  • Addressing customer enquiries and disputes, be the key person in charge to liaise with respective departments to follow up and resolve issues
  • Advise on stock management based on customer's sales

  1. Key Account Management
  • Account Analysis
  • Propose strategic initiative to grow sustainable sales while working closely with Account Managers

  1. Manage sales for special tools and promotions
  • Provide ideas for promotion (tools and mechanisms)
  • Propose strategic initiative to grow sustainable sales while working closely with Account Managers

  1. Manage customer claims
  • Liaise with QA to ensure smooth claim management process
  • Collaboration with sales admin to process related claims

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, background in engineering will be a plus
  • 1-3 years prior experience in servicing key account
  • Good Communication skills and fluent in English
  • Competent knowledge in analytics tool like excel (pivot table, vlookup)
