Our client is a well established service provider within Malaysia's Upstream Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the P&L of the business.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategy to ensure long term profitability and growth in market share.
  • Align the sales team behind key priorities and target markets, identifying key distributors.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver sales targets.
  • Provide strong problem solving guidance to the sales team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience within sales in the B2B industry.
  • Keen commercial acumen in making high level decisions.
  • People management experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
