A robust training framework is one of their core pillars in investing in their employees.They are looking for Manager / Assistant Manager - Record to Report / General Ledger & Reporting

Job responsibilities include:


  • Oversees processing and reporting of all transactions on Record to Report functions
  • Manage the deliverables of monthly, quarter and year end close requirements and ensure they are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Main focal for transition of R2R processes into GBSM and transformation programs including planning, training, knowledge transfer, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documentations preparations and issue resolutions.
  • Manage the team for the month end close to ensure the deadlines & deliverables as agreed in the SLAs are completed on time.
  • Supervise month end closing activities including reconciliation, reporting, commentary activities and ensure reporting deadlines are met
  • Business partnering by providing value added inputs and opinions into organisation business & management processes
  • Drive development & changes in systems and process improvement initiatives as outlined in the performance scorecard. This includes reviewing updated process documentation.
  • Take the lead in issue resolution on BAU operational matters.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience


  • Total years of experience should be a minimum of 6 years in related Accounting / Record to Report Functions
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications e.g.ACCA/CPA/MIA
  • SAP/Oracle knowlege is highly advantageous
  • Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Experience of working in a shared service centre / Global Business Services across a global/large organization will be an added advantage.
