RTR Senior Process Improvement analyst - Migration

About our Client


Our Client is a Multi-National Company within the global Manufacturing industries. Being a publicly listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources to train and develop their people from the ground with an excellent pathway for career progression. They are currently looking for positions for Senior - RTR Process Improvement Expert

Responsibilities

-Support the company in a range of project (process improvement, optimisation, migration, Transition)

-Responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change

-To Identify process inefficiency and non-standardise process

-Review and maintain global process documentation and ensure compliance within defined policies

-To lead and work with operation team and other department within the company on process improvement projects.

-Lead / Assist on Continuous Improvement (CI) project and plans

-To liaise and engage with other relevant parties when any Continuous Improvement (CI) process has been identified and require to be implemented

Requirements

-At least 3 years of relevant experience, with prior experience in any Migration/process improvement projects

-Experience in process modelling & documentation

-Someone who is innovative with critical thinking

-Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent

-Excellent analytical thinking skills with the initiative to voice out opinion

-Experience working in a shared service centre (SSC) will be advantageous

-Exposure to SAP will be great
